Last week I went to the zoo and my daddy took a whole bunch of pictures (about 117), so this week will be a themed week. Each day will be a different section of the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo in Colorado Springs. Today is our visit with the giraffes. They had a new baby and she is much taller than me.
I am practicing talking on the phone. I hear a lot of teenagers do it, and mommy and daddy seem to like to do this too.
Sometimes daddy puts that little box on the ground and I like to try to get it to see why he finds it so fascinating.
The week is over, what a drag.
I am learning a bunch of new stuff. Here I am practicing saying “no”.
Sometimes I help around the house. I push in my chair and bring my dishes to daddy when I am done.
Here are some random shots from the weekend. I crawl into my stroller by myself when I want to go for a walk. Also, I can be pretty insistent when I want to be put down.
I got to wear my sailor outfit today. My Aunt Corinne got this for me when she was in Vietnam. It was a dress but it fits quite swimmingly as a shirt.
I often travel with my homies to the park were we be playin’. Mommy and Daddy have been taking me to the park quite a bit lately, it is something about wearing me out. I like climbing the rock wall and going down the curly slide by myself.
Playing in the sink is my new joy. I like to stir my soup, splash, and make bubbles (I should note that I can now say “bubbles” too). When we get a lot of bubbles daddy makes us tiaras and I am a princess. We get extremely wet and then I am cold so we change clothes.
